User Intuition uses a credit-based system for interviews. Each interview consumes credits based on the interview mode. You manage your credits, subscription, and payment methods from the Billing page.

Accessing billing

Click Billing in the left navigation, or navigate to app.userintuition.ai/wallet.

Plans

User Intuition offers three subscription tiers:

To subscribe or change plans, click the Subscribe button on your desired plan card. Enterprise customers can click Contact Sales to discuss custom pricing.

Credits

Credits are the currency for running interviews. Different interview modes consume different amounts:

Your current credit balance is displayed on the Billing page. When your balance drops below 3 credits, you’ll receive a low-balance warning.
Test conversations are free and do not consume credits.

Buying credits

Ensure you have a payment method on file

Add a card if you haven’t already (see Payment methods below).

Click Buy more credits

On the Billing page, click Buy more credits in the Credit Balance card.

Enter an amount

Enter the dollar amount you want to deposit (minimum 1,000,inincrementsof1,000, in increments of 100).

Confirm

Click Add Credits to charge your card on file. Credits are added to your balance immediately.

Redeeming a coupon

If you have a coupon or promo code:
  1. Click Apply coupon on the Credit Balance card
  2. Enter your coupon code
  3. Click Redeem
The credits are added to your balance immediately, and a confirmation shows how many credits were applied.

Payment methods

You need a payment method on file to buy credits or subscribe to a plan.

Adding a payment method

Find the payment method card

On the Billing page, locate the Payment Method section on the right.

Click Add

Click Add to open the payment form.

Enter card details

Fill in your card information. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Save

Submit the form. Your card brand and last four digits will appear as confirmation.
To update your payment method, click Edit and enter new card details.

Auto-reload

Enable auto-reload to automatically top up your credit balance when it runs low:
  1. Toggle Enable auto reload on
  2. Set the dollar amount to reload each time
Changes save automatically.

Usage stats

The Usage stats tab on the Billing page shows your interview activity over time:
  • Total completed interviews for the selected period
  • Total credits used
  • Bar chart showing daily or weekly credit consumption
Use the toggle to switch between Daily and Weekly views, and the dropdown to select a specific month.

Transaction history

The Transactions tab shows a chronological list of all billing activity:

Each transaction shows the description, timestamp, amount (green for deposits, red for charges), and status. Click Load More to view older transactions.

Research panel pricing

When recruiting participants from the 4M+ research panel, an additional cost of $20 per participant applies. This is a pass-through cost covering incentives, screening, and fraud prevention. Interviewing your own customers incurs no additional cost beyond credits.

No. Test conversations are free and unlimited.
You won’t be able to launch new studies or process new interviews until you add more credits. Enable auto-reload to avoid interruptions.
