User Intuition uses a credit-based system. Every interview consumes credits, and you manage your balance, plan, and payment methods from the Billing page.

Accessing billing

Click your profile menu in the top-right corner and select Billing, or navigate to Billing from the left sidebar.

Plans

User Intuition offers three plans:

Subscribing to a plan

Go to Billing

Open the Billing page.

Choose a plan

Select Starter, Pro, or Enterprise from the plan options.

Add a payment method

If you have not added a card yet, you will be prompted to enter your card details.

Confirm

Click Subscribe to activate the plan. For Enterprise, click Contact Sales to speak with the team.

Credits

Credits are the currency for running interviews on User Intuition. Your current credit balance is displayed at the top of the Billing page.

Buying credits

Click Buy more credits

On the Billing page, click Buy more credits.

Enter an amount

Enter the dollar amount you want to add (minimum $1,000).

Confirm payment

The charge is processed through your card on file. Credits are added to your balance immediately.

Redeeming a coupon code

If you have a promotional coupon code:

Click Apply coupon

On the Billing page, click Apply coupon.

Enter the code

Type your coupon code and click Redeem.

Credits are added

On success, the credits are added to your balance immediately.

Auto-reload

You can configure your wallet to automatically top up when credits run low.

Enable auto-reload

On the Billing page, toggle Auto-reload on.

Set the reload amount

Enter the dollar amount to add each time auto-reload triggers.
A low-balance warning appears when your credit balance drops below 3 credits. Enable auto-reload to avoid interruptions during active studies.

Payment methods

User Intuition accepts credit and debit cards through Stripe.

Adding or updating your card

Go to Billing

Open the Billing page.

Click Add or Edit

Under the payment method section, click Add (if no card is on file) or Edit (to update).

Enter card details

Fill in your card number, expiration date, and CVC.

Save

Click Save to store your payment method securely.

Billing email

You can set a billing email that is different from your account email. Update it on the Billing page under Billing Email.

Usage statistics

The Billing page includes a usage chart that shows your interview activity over time.

  • Total completed interviews

Transaction history

Below the usage chart, a transaction log shows every credit purchase, deduction, and refund.

Frequently asked questions

No. Test conversations are free and do not consume credits.
Active studies will not be able to conduct new interviews until you add more credits. Enable auto-reload to prevent this.
Contact support@userintuition.ai to discuss refund options.
You can cancel from the Billing page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
