Accessing billing
Click your profile menu in the top-right corner and select Billing, or navigate to Billing from the left sidebar.Plans

Credits are the currency for running interviews on User Intuition. Your current credit balance is displayed at the top of the Billing page.Buying credits

User Intuition accepts credit and debit cards through Stripe.Adding or updating your card

Under the payment method section, click Add (if no card is on file) or Edit (to update).
Billing email
You can set a billing email that is different from your account email. Update it on the Billing page under Billing Email.Usage statistics

No. Test conversations are free and do not consume credits.

Active studies will not be able to conduct new interviews until you add more credits. Enable auto-reload to prevent this.
