Human Signal over MCP

Human Signal is a product workflow, not a separate MCP tool surface. The hosted OAuth connector exposes the same 33 research tools.

Goal	Current workflow
Create and design a new Panel study	`create_study`, then the `customize_study` conversation
Estimate a completed Panel study	`get_study`, then `launch_panel` with `dry_run: true`
Recruit for an existing Panel study	Return and approve the current plan, call `launch_panel` with `dry_run: true`, approve the estimate, then launch
Check progress	`get_study` and `list_interviews`
Edit active fieldwork	`pause_study`, update, then `resume_study`
End recruitment	`stop_study`
Analyze results	`generate_report`, then `get_study_report`

Legacy Human Signal tools such as ask_humans, edit_study, and cancel_study are not registered. Legacy research names such as create_panel and stop_panels are also not part of the current surface.
