The integration API is served under /api/public/v1/. The OpenAPI specification describes the current public contract; the changelog records additions and deprecations. Within v1, we may add endpoints, optional response fields, optional request fields, and new event types. Clients should ignore response fields they do not recognize and handle webhook event types they have not subscribed to. We will not silently repurpose an existing field or remove an operation from v1. When an operation is deprecated, we mark it in OpenAPI and document its replacement. The old operation remains available while integrations migrate. Any planned removal will be announced in the changelog with a migration path and a date before it takes effect. No removal date is set for the body-based webhook deletion route or participant PUT route. For an API change that cannot preserve the v1 contract, we will introduce a new versioned route or explicitly announced migration. Security and incident response may require faster changes; those exceptions will be communicated through the changelog and support channels as soon as practical.
