# Review Goals

Review and refine the research plan that Charles generated in the previous step. This is your opportunity to make direct edits before the study goes live.

***

## Overview

The Review Goals screen displays the complete research plan in an editable format. You can review every element of the plan and make changes directly in the document editor.

***

## What You'll See

### Study Name

At the top of the screen, you'll see a field to name your study. Charles suggests a default name based on your conversation, but you can change it to whatever makes sense for your organization.

**Best practices for naming studies:**

* Include the research type (e.g., "NPS Deep Dive")
* Include a date or quarter (e.g., "Q1 2024")
* Include the customer segment if relevant (e.g., "Enterprise Customers")

**Example names:**

* "Nike Voice Survey"
* "Q4 Churn Analysis - SMB Segment"
* "Post-Launch NPS - Mobile App Users"

### The Research Plan Document

Below the study name, you'll see the full research plan in a rich text editor. The plan typically includes:

**Objective** — A clear, concise statement of what the study aims to accomplish. This should directly address the business question you're trying to answer.

**Background** — Context about your company and situation that informs how the AI interviewer approaches conversations.

**Learning Goals** — The primary insights the study must deliver. These are the non-negotiable outcomes that define success.

**Key Questions** — Specific questions organized by theme that the interviewer will explore.

**Conversation Flow** — A section-by-section outline of how each interview will progress, including time estimates.

**Study-Specific Rules** — Instructions that guide the AI interviewer's behavior, ensuring professional, unbiased conversations.
